This policy explains the small browser technologies used by Goolee Academy and lets you manage optional preferences.

The booking system uses a necessary session cookie to keep you signed in, protect forms and maintain the security of a request. It is required for account, booking and admin functions and cannot be switched off through this control.
2. Optional cookies
At present, Goolee Academy does not use advertising or analytics cookies in the application. Optional categories are shown in the manager so your choice is recorded and can be extended safely if a future service is introduced. Optional cookies are off by default.
3. Stripe and external services
When you choose online payment, you are redirected to Stripe Checkout. Stripe may use its own cookies or similar technologies on its hosted payment pages. Those technologies are controlled by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s own privacy and cookie information.
4. Your choices
You can choose Accept all, Necessary only or Manage choices in the banner. You can reopen the manager at any time using the Manage cookies link in the footer. You can also clear site data in your browser, although doing so may sign you out or reset preferences.
5. Do Not Track and browser controls
Browser privacy settings may restrict storage or delete cookies. If necessary cookies are blocked, some sign-in, booking and payment features may not work.
