Acceptable use and facility safety

1. Website use

• Use your own account and provide truthful information.
• Do not probe, scan, overload, scrape or interfere with the website or payment flow.
• Do not bypass booking limits, manipulate prices or promotions, or attempt to reserve unavailable resources.
• Do not upload malware, executable threats or files that abuse the upload service.

2. Uploaded materials

You must have permission to upload models, images, documents and payment proof. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, dangerous or confidential material belonging to someone else. Goolee Academy may reject or remove material that creates legal, safety or operational risk.

3. Facility conduct

Follow staff instructions, capacity limits, equipment rules, opening hours and safety requirements. Do not damage equipment, obstruct other users, misuse access or allow an unauthorised person to use your booking.

4. Enforcement

We may pause an account, reject a request, cancel a booking, restrict access or refer suspected unlawful activity to the appropriate authority. We may preserve relevant audit records where necessary for security, disputes or legal compliance.

5. Reporting a problem

Report suspicious activity, an unsafe condition or a suspected privacy or security incident to admin@goolee.my.
